The spindle diameter is large, supported by precision heavy-load bearings for three-point support, and the rotation is stable. It can perform heavy cutting and finish cutting and achieve step-less speed change and constant line speed cutting.
3. Feeding: axis-X and Z adopt precision grinding grade ball screw, and each motion parts are automatically lubricated by a centralized intermittent lubrication system, which guarantees high processing accuracy, positioning accuracy, and accuracy retention. 1000-6000 specifications are driven by the AC servo motor installed on the left side of the feed box through a high-precision planetary reducer, and the above 6000 specifications are fed by the rack and pinion, it has high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
